Reports

How the maintenance went over the last 30 days, 90 days or 12 months: how much of the work was planned, whether plans were done on time, how long machines stood still, which break down most and why.

Tips

  • Planned work: of the jobs finished, the share that were preventive or inspections rather than repairs. Click it for those jobs.
  • Plans on time: of the plan jobs due in the period, the share done within the days the plan allows. Cancelled ones, and late ones still to do, count as missed; ones still within their days don’t count yet.
  • Mean time to repair: the average time a machine stood still per repair, over the repairs where the minutes stopped were written down. Downtime is all those minutes together.
  • Least reliable first: the machines with the most repairs, and about how many days between them (the period’s days over its repairs, a rough mean time between failures). Slowest to repair: the longest average stop. Each machine opens its maintenance report.
  • Top failure causes come from the Cause written when finishing a repair: the same words count together, whatever their capitals or a full stop at the end.
  • Everyone in MainteMakkal can read the reports, over the machines of the sites they see.
