Work orders
Every maintenance job: To look at (requests, for Planners), To do, Mine, My requests, and Done and cancelled. Search by number (WO-1001), job or asset ID.
Tips
- Anyone in MainteMakkal, Viewers too, can Report a problem on a machine. A stopped machine or a risk to people makes it urgent.
- Planners approve a request into a job, or decline it with a reason, or as the same as a job already on that machine. Whoever reported it sees what became of it under My requests.
- Technicians raise a job when something breaks; Planners give it to someone, set its priority and plan its day.
- Job done writes down work that is already finished, in one step.
- The tab, search and priority you choose stay in the page address: Back, a refresh or a shared link show the same list.
