A piece of equipment
Everything about one piece: what it is, where it is kept, who looks after it, when it is next due, how it is calibrated, and every calibration and certificate it has had.
Tips
- Record a calibration from here: the next due date is worked out from the interval.
- A piece follows its equipment type for who calibrates it and how often. Give it its own value, with a reason, only where it really differs.
- Drag a certificate onto the page: it is read, matched to the piece it is about, and shown to you before anything is recorded.
- Move the piece to another location and its earlier places stay in its history.
